洪仲丘案　戒護士陳毅勳聲押

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，再度收押一人。中央社報導，最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生表示，蘭陽指揮部本部連中士班長陳毅勳已遭聲押，聲請羈押理由，將在了解後對大眾說明。

　中央社報導，軍檢偵辦陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭不當處分致死案，曹金生晚間接受電視專訪時，證實陳毅勳已遭聲押。曹金生說，軍檢將持續追查，追查層級不設限。陳毅勳擔任269旅禁閉室戒護士，軍方調查報告指出洪仲丘曾反映「訓練過重，體力無法負荷」，但陳毅勳仍要求持續操作。

　陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭不當處分致死案。發展至今已收押3人聲押1人，收押的包括542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲。
