大陸油價喊漲 新制後最大調幅

（中央社台北19日電）中國大陸國家發改委今天公告指出，7月20日0時上調油價，90號汽油、0號柴油每公升提高人民幣0.24元及0.26元。中新網指出，這次調整創下油價新制後的最高漲幅。

大陸國家發展和改革委員會指出，汽柴油躉售價格每噸提高325元與310元，零售價格每升提高0.24元和0.26元。

中新社指出，3月27日起實施的油價新制，油品價格每10個工作日調整1次。但汽柴油的漲價或降價幅度低於每噸50元時，為節省社會成本，零售價格暫不調整，納入下次調價時累加或沖抵。

新制實施後，油價已調整8輪，3次漲價、3次降價、2次未調。前2次漲價中，油價漲幅均未超過每噸100元。1020719
