關於手機轉電信跟月租費問題

我在三重的一間通訊行問HTC SV手機辦要多少錢，
因為我是遠傳續約又要等到明年，而號碼是在媽媽名下。
所以他就幫我算出一個方案：
就是我要轉電信到台灣大哥大，付違約金2980元，
但是他們會幫我吸收違約金兩千塊，變成是送通話費這樣，
月租費則是401通話費+489網路吃到飽，綁約兩年。
請問這樣划算嗎？還是就是太貴了？
他說可以不用轉到台哥大，就只是差在不會幫我吸收違約金！
