愛穿高跟鞋　小心引發關節炎

【綜合報導】愛穿高跟鞋的女性要注意了，英國皇家國家整形外科醫院，使用3D掃描，拍下女性穿高跟鞋的腳骨狀況，發現女性穿高跟鞋導致足部變形的程度，比先前以為的還要嚴重。
 
穿上高跟鞋，身體的重量就會集中在腳趾上，造成大拇指內側腫脹，嚴重者甚至要動刀消除，鞋跟越高的鞋，足部受損狀況就越嚴重，腳趾受擠壓就會導致彎曲變形，甚至引發關節炎，醫生表示一天穿個一兩個小時的高跟鞋是不成問題的，但一天穿上8小時以上的話，經年累月下來足部就會開始出現問題。
