我的ID不是它 我發現我更新時 出現了不認識的帳號ID 我檢查過了我本機的帳號ID 還是我自己的 上網也檢查過了 也確認是自己的資料

想請問我要怎麼移掉不認識的這個ID

還有，我，沒有JB 也沒有下載奇怪的軟體 
 
送修跟買新的最壞的方法除了這兩個以外還有沒有辦法 ?
