監委展開首波約詢　陳守煌與林秀濤對質

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委洪德旋與吳豐山調查關說案與洩密案，今展開首波約詢，上午分別約詢檢察長陳守煌與檢察官林秀濤，最後安排對質，整個約詢從上午9時到下午1時，前後約詢時間約4小時。陳守煌與林秀濤嚴辭反駁特偵組調查報告的部份記述。

陳守煌與林秀濤被特偵組以民進黨立委柯建銘背信案件的上訴作業涉有違失，移送檢察官評鑑委員會。監委表示，依照《監察法》，調查中案情內容不得對外宣洩，只表示陳守煌與林秀濤嚴辭反駁特偵組調查報告的內容。監委將陸續約詢相關人員。
