證交所：3支箭提振股市必有效　改善流通量品質

【劉煥彥／台北報導】台灣證交所總經理林火燈上午在董事會後表示，3支箭對提振股市一定有效，以明年1月上路的開放現股當沖為例，不僅可以使投資人有更多風險控管的工具，提高股民進場買賣的意願，長期也能改善股市流通量的品質。
 
證交所董事會昨天通過，修訂交易所營業細則第79條之1，並將另定作業辦法，以配合金管會月初宣布明年1月6日起有限度開放現股當日沖銷的措施。董事長李述德會後表示，不管政府對股市有幾支箭，目的都是使市場規則更單純、更中性、交易機制更公平。
 
林火燈則提到，股市流通量改善，是表示「想買的人買得到，想賣的人賣得掉」，不代表交易量必定增加，但流通量長期改善之後，交易量就會上去，「所以大家對市場一定要有信心」。
