不讓癡男攀爬騷擾少女 台電封死電桿孔洞

花蓮一名五十二歲男子愛慕年僅十六歲少女，經常三更半夜爬台電電線桿，爬到少女位於家中二樓的房間外傳達愛意，經花蓮地院判刑四個月並拘役70天，已經在監服刑。台電今天實地會勘，決定將電桿孔洞封死不讓攀爬，確保少女安全。

這名男子曾多次利用電線桿，爬上少女居住的2樓陽台，家屬多次報警，男子仍不死心，甚至裸露上身躺在陽台上唱歌，讓少女不堪其擾，最後警方將他逮捕，經起訴判決後在監服刑。

男子在獄中仍不斷寫情書騷擾少女，由於男子即將出獄，台電今天實地會勘，確認男子都是利用電線桿孔洞，插入鐵條攀爬上屋，因此決定將孔洞用水泥封死，保護少女安全。
