不過你可以先投訴給你購買的網站

先檢舉這位網拍業者 

然後看要不要投訴消保官 畢竟這是購物的問題

或者去詢問一下免費諮詢的律師 看看你的權利該如何保障喔

可以的話 給這位網路業者一些下馬威

說你給了她們那麼多時間  商品你遲遲沒收到

等退款也等了那麼久 再不出面的話 你要去警察局報警告他們

看看網拍業者如何回應 如果還給你一推五四三的

那就先投訴吧~~
