《魔獸世界》電影版曝光選角進度 好萊塢巨星柯林法洛與寶拉巴頓受邀

　　根據外媒 Deadline 的報導，由 Legendary Pictures 與 Atlas Entertainment 攜手，改編自 Blizzard 熱門線上遊戲《魔獸世界》的同名電影，近日曝光選角進度，消息指出好萊塢影星「柯林‧法洛」與「寶拉‧巴頓」受邀參與演出。

　　在《魔獸世界》電影版尚未證實要躍上大螢幕前，由誰來詮釋《魔獸世界》的知名英雄人物常常成為粉絲茶餘飯後的話題，猜測消息也不斷傳出。如今 Deadline 報導指出，目前選角傳出曾主演《夜魔俠》、《邁阿密風雲》、《亞歷山大帝》、《攔截記憶碼》的愛爾蘭男星柯林‧法洛，以及參與過《時空線索》、《不可能的任務4：鬼影行動》的寶拉‧巴頓將有機會擔任本片的主要角色。

　　《魔獸世界》關於改編的劇本先前有消息指出可能是阿薩斯為主角的三部曲，現在又有一說法是以《最後的守護者》作為藍本，描述黑暗之門戰役中，卡德加發跡成為聯盟遠征軍英雄之一的故事，不過都尚未得到證實。電影版已知由《血鑽石》編劇查爾斯‧李維特執筆劇本，《啟動原始碼》、《2009 月球漫遊》導演鄧肯執導，暫定的上映時程為 2015 年，預計於 2014 年一月開拍。
