加拿大黑莓公司 (BlackBerry)宣布，已和楓信金融控股公司 (Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited)為首的集團簽署意向書，以47億美元賣給該集團。該公司日前宣布裁員4500人，7月間仍有一架私人飛機交機，挨批後決定出售。
