今年公司舉辦國外旅遊

希望出發日期是102年10月24日

人數:共19人

地點:日本沖繩

天數:四天三夜(早去晚回)

預算:每人約20000左右(這是公司可補助的金額,實際上員工已經達成共識~多的部分可以自行負擔~但希望不要太多)

因為我朋友是今年福委~他跟我都沒有出國的經驗
有人介紹旅行社跟我們接洽
結果我朋友因為沒經驗
加上他那個人又喜歡拖
聽旅行社那邊跟他說了幾個日期後
他跟大家討論過後
決定了日期~要10月24日出發
久久然後他才在確定人數
結果
旅行社那邊說~當天機位只有13個位置
這下可好
因為沒足夠的機位
變成又要另外選擇其它的日期
結果
看了其他日期後
不是某些人不行~就是哪一天公司業務必須要參加業內會議
我朋友他這個人散到不行
如果今年公司出國去不成
他肯定會被冠上一個史上最爛福委的名號
更扯的是他這個人一定會不痛不養
但公司其他員工肯定會很失望
所以現在我想問的是
如果想要10月24日那天出發
還有我們公司裡面有人可以當導遊
所以希望未來旅行社能幫我們辦理訂房等相關事務

上了很多大間旅行社的網站
沖繩四日遊不是沒有10月24日那天出發的團
就是已經滿團了

請問我現在該怎麼辦呢?
