做輕乳酪蛋糕很多次了

但最近烤出來的幾乎都會裂開怎麼會這樣?

而且一直以來表面脫模後都會皺皺的很醜

看外面賣的表面就算沒塗鏡面膠也都很好看

我出爐後都有馬上脫模

到底要怎麼做才能做出好看到輕乳酪蛋糕?

乳酪糊到底要放涼還是加熱完就可以跟蛋黃糊混和?
