小的目前國立碩士剛畢業 北(卵石的子公司) 中(戀人) 南(南科) 雄(神教) 等等...面試了一輪 最後決定租房子在台南 可是現在猶豫到底要進大公司或是小公司好 群X VS. 傳產小公司 薪水 N N-6K (N只是個定值參考用) 保障14個月 有賺錢才有獎金 職稱 IE 總經理特助 (先了解公司運作) 高級工程師 幕僚人員 (未來轉往產線當主管) 工時 責任制 早八晚六 (未來視情況彈性上下班) 房租 -- 5.7K -- 通勤 30min 50min 附註 科技業似乎待不久 待久升遷機會高 家人考量是大公司名聲與穩定度都不錯 能進公司認識一下何謂制度與職場 小公司則是發展空間大 做的事情比較雜但也學得多 重點是該公司從傳產正轉型文創產業(政府撐腰) 未來拼上櫃 前景不可限量 感覺各有優缺 超級猶豫>"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.116.190.186
