金門房租補貼 動支國宅基金

內政部核定今年金門住宅補貼租金戶數無法滿足申請戶，金門縣長李沃士指示協調後由縣國民住宅基金支應。

內政部102年度辦理住宅租金補貼，依人口比例分配金門住宅租金補貼戶數67戶，縣府建設處去年7月受理登記，符合資格的申請戶145戶，依積分核定戶數，其中78戶無法獲得補貼。

李沃士指示縣府建設處協調縣府財政處、主計處研議妥善計畫，動用縣國宅基金補貼78戶的房租每月最高新台幣4000元，為期1年，與內政部補貼相同，擴大縣民照顧，使無力購屋的縣民，居住在適居的住宅。

李沃士表示，縣府一貫政策是讓所有金門民眾獲得好的照顧，投入更多資源照顧需要照顧的金門民眾，也會創造更多投資環境，創造更多就業機會。

另外，金門遷入人口快速增加，今年1月底設籍人口12萬1000多人，申請房租補貼戶數急遽增加，李沃士指示縣府建設處以此向內政部爭取更多房租補貼戶數，以符實際需求。
