日前台大國家發展研究所教授劉靜怡指控，遠通電收及車商未經過她的同意，就在新車上貼eTag，因此她委託律師發函，要求遠通說明。劉靜怡今(7)日收到回函，內容指出，遠通委託車商提供eTag申辦服務，只要取得車主同意，就可以線上申請eTag，不需另簽書面契約。對此，交通部高公局也表示，依照個資法，遠通的作法並無疑慮。全文請連結至新頭殼
