阿兵哥在軍中入營都要進行安檢 是為了營區的安全 那如果是在營區內 無條件的進行安檢或大地震的動作 這樣行為的合法性是如何 如果不合法 那麼如果是有違反營區規範的情況 如在垃圾桶發現吸毒用針頭或有人掉錢 對所有官士兵進行安檢是合法的嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.12.178
