酒後毆救護員 秦楊和解獲緩訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北24日電）藝人秦楊涉嫌酒後毆打救護員。北檢今天審酌他坦承犯行已與被害人和解，獲撤告，今天將他緩起訴，須支付新台幣6萬元罰金。

藝人秦楊8月14日凌晨疑酒後和人起衝突，滿臉鮮血倒在路邊，警消獲報後到場將秦楊送醫時，他在救護車上罵三字經，還揮拳毆打救護員，挨打救護員事後提告。

秦楊赴警局說明後受訪表示，當天約友人到飯店聚餐，席間因酒醉與友人起口角，遭對方的兩名助理毆打，後來警消趕來處理，他被送上救護車時，因喝得很醉，且無意識，可能不慎碰觸到林姓救護員身體，若有不禮貌行為，他感到抱歉。

台北地檢署今天偵結，檢察官審酌秦楊坦承犯行且雙方和解，其中傷害、公然侮辱罪嫌部分，已獲得撤告，依妨害公務罪嫌將秦楊緩起訴2年，須支付6萬元罰金。1021224
