SEIKO的TUNA CAN系列一直以來都有一定的擁護者

石英系列的機芯幾乎都是7C46衍生款，網路上很多人都說這顆機芯不錯

查了一下資料發現，7C46的月秒差 15秒，嚴格說起來並不是十分優秀

想請問有研究的版友，這顆機芯為何會評價不錯呢?
