基隆黃小鴨定位後可能不移走

基隆黃色小鴨今天將再次進行充氣，定位，定錨等重要測試，在海洋廣場完成正式定位，定錨後，若整個過程天氣變化及海流，風雨等不確定因素依舊難以排除，為了確保小鴨安全，定位成功後小鴨將可能不消氣不移走。

明天上午舉行正式的開幕式，基隆黃色小鴨即宣告正式展出。為了讓基隆黃色小鴨展出更加順利，今天上午將再進行一次總彩排，10時在基隆西18碼頭準時出發。預計小鴨充氣，下水，滑行，定位，下錨等作業。估計中午12時之前在海洋廣場完成排練程序。
