【李明憲／台中報導】受東北季風影響，台中地區清晨雲量偏多，部分地區還飄起雨。清晨接近6時，日出前的朝陽投射在雲霞上，形成大片的火燒雲，將天空染的通紅，而大坑和新社山區也壟罩在大片的雲瀑中。
