100D要兩萬以上吧
100D是比較偏DLSR機種
所以機身體積跟鏡頭還是偏大

拍小孩首重"對焦快"然後靠"大光圈"高ISO"來加快可用快門
微單一萬五要買較新世代機種+大光圈鏡頭是較勉強
但勉強可以買中光圈鏡頭來擋一下
但是買較新機種較好因為感光元件進步很快可用ISO較高
可以參考O家的EPM2+二手14mmF2.5定焦鏡($3000)
體積算很小且內建機身防震
而且感光元件與EPL5/EP5/EM5甚至旗艦EM1用同一片
所以可用ISO可到1600甚至更高是蠻超值機種
而便宜的EOS-M因為對焦慢存檔慢所以就不建議了

3N優點是可翻螢幕方便自拍
但也最好買內建定焦鏡組(16mm/F2.8)
