Mp3 Volumer 是一個相當簡單的音樂檔調整工具，主要功能可以將原本較為小聲的 MP3 音樂檔放大、調整他的音量，可支援多音樂檔批次處理。除此之外，還可支援將音樂檔轉成 WAV, AC3, OGG, WMA 與 FLAC..等格式，並修改音樂檔的 Bitrate、採樣率..，以降低音樂檔的檔案大小。

Mp3 Volumer 的操作相當簡單，只要設定過一次，日後要幫一堆檔案做轉檔或提昇音量時，可以輕鬆套用同一個設定直、批次處理，輕鬆按一按就可以搞定。

使用方法：

第1步 將 Mp3 Volumer 軟體安裝好、開啟主程式視窗後，先按一下視窗下方的「Options」按鈕，調整音樂檔的輸出設定。

第2步 先在「Output Folder」設定好輸出後的檔案儲存位置，然後在「Output Format」選單中選擇你要的音樂檔格式，如果有需要調整音量大小的話，可以在「Increase Volume」選單中設定。

第3步 設定好輸出格式與細節後，請在 Mp3 Volumer 軟體主視窗中按「Add」按鈕，選取你要處理的檔案，一次可以選取多個音樂檔一併處理。選取好要處理的檔案後，按一下「Start」按鈕便可開始轉檔。
