標題[問題] 這種違約金正常嗎!?

去年四月威寶打電話來問說要不要續約如果續約就可以繼續用150月租過了幾天我直接去門市續約然後最近因為工作的關係想要把門號轉去中華 (那邊只有中華有訊號= =) 於是就去門市問了違約金有多少結果他說還有三千多問了一下怎麼算他說原本違約金是6000 然後三年共有1059天目前剩下五百多天所以三千多回家後~想一想覺得有點詭異違約金( 6000/3 = 2000 ) 比我要繳的月租( 150*12 = 1800 ) 還高請問這樣的違約金正常嗎!? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.231.153.248
