仙人跳？　役男性侵學妹喊冤　送軍檢偵辦

李姓現役軍人涉嫌對學妹勸酒後指姦得逞遭到控告，喊冤自己被「仙人跳」，由於李姓男子具現役軍人身分，全案依軍事審判法移送軍檢偵辦。

根據了解，20歲的李男在今年5月25日和高職學妹聊天，並藉安慰學妹名義約出去散步，隨後偕同張男開車載至張男租屋處喝紅酒談心。期間李男不斷勸酒，使學妹不勝酒力醉倒，李男趁機扶學妹進房指姦得逞。學妹隔天醒來發現被性侵，於是向警局報案。

李男坦承有把手指放進女方下體，但他辯稱是女方自己抓他的手，自己被設局仙人跳。檢方認為李男犯罪意圖明顯，經清查，發現李男在民國100年入伍，104年才退伍，為現役軍人，普通法院無審理權，因此依軍事審判法移送軍檢偵辦。
