多項式是否能分解的問題

書上看到一句話：

 

「實係數多項式必可分解成實係數一次或二次多項式的乘積」

 

這樣似乎有點問題，例如此多項式為 x^5，何能分解成一次或二次多項式？

 

難道這樣也算？x^5 = x^2‧x^2‧x

 

但我關心的是另一個問題點，我把題目改為：

 

多項式 f(x) = anx^n+ an-1x^(n-1) + an-2x^(n-2) + ……….+a1x + a0

 

其中所有係數均為實數且均不為0，n > 2

 

「f(x) 必可分解成實係數一次或二次多項式的乘積」

 

請教如何證明此敘述為正確或錯誤？ 感恩！
