標題[請益] 蘭蔻周年慶預購商品兩個月遲遲未到?

我在去年10/24於新竹大遠百買了一瓶蘭蔻的晶透潔顏泡沫 至今都還沒接到取貨通知 打電話去專櫃詢問，每次得到的回應都是: 「還沒有，這全省大缺貨，國外進來還需要一段時間」 都過兩個月了...從法國坐船來也不用這麼久吧@@ 我正在用的那罐要用完了.....是要我另尋新歡嗎... (還好當時櫃姐慫恿我多買幾罐時，我忍住了!) 請問板上有人跟我發生一樣的情況嗎? 不曉得蘭蔻能否直接退錢... 若只能更換商品，大家有推薦其他的洗臉產品嗎?> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.172.247
