請問關於GALANT電瓶"充電指示燈"亮???

我的車是02年GALANT,昨天發動車子後電瓶"充電指示燈"一直亮著不會熄滅.

去保養廠檢查.師父說是發電機掛了,更換台製全新品發電機,

更換後電瓶"充電指示燈"有滅了.但是用電表量測電壓.發動時是15.4V.

沒發動時12.9V,這樣算是正常嗎?

因有聽朋友說..正常車子發動後電壓不會超過14.5V.我目前這樣電壓會過大嗎?

電壓過大對車子會有什麼影響?目前剛換完行駛上是沒有什麼問題..

請各位大大幫忙解答喔!!感激不盡!!!
