劉政池竊佔國土案　前國有財產局長洪寶川100萬交保

苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊佔1400多坪國土興建溫泉別墅一案，士林地檢署檢方在3日大動作約談國有財產署署長莊翠雲、前國有財產局長洪寶川等26名前任及現任官員後，經漏夜偵訊後在今（4）日清晨將洪寶川轉列圖利罪被告，以新台幣100萬元交保，莊翠雲等人請回。

針對苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊佔1400多坪國土，堂而皇之的在陽明山興建溫泉別墅「七七行館」一案，民進黨台北市議員何志偉表示，其實鄰近居民早就已經知道劉政池竊佔國有地及私挖祕窖，造成國有地出現塌陷等不法案情；但卻不見國有財產署有絲毫作為，據他所知，針對「七七行館」一案，背後其實有中央及地方民代曾召開協調會進行護航。

對於相關案情，何志偉認為，劉政池購地時，胞兄劉政鴻當時正在擔任立委，其中是否有無施壓不法，導致國有財產署及陽明山管理處等單位噤若寒蟬，檢調單位有必要進一步調查釐清。
