【謝岱穎／台中報導】加盟統一獅的郭泓志， 在冬季聯盟開打的第一天就登板，他在中華職棒對日本職棒之戰的6局上接替先發投手王則鈞上場後援，投完1局被敲2支安打、投出1次四壞和1次暴投，失1分，但飆出152公里速球，三振1名打者。

郭泓志先讓1棒的緒方凌介擊出內野安打，2棒高田知季揮出左外野安打，接著以滑球讓3棒立岡宗一郎揮空三振出局，再保送4棒猪本健太郎，讓5棒赤崛大智敲內野飛球接殺、6棒一二三慎太則是游擊滾地球出局，其中飆出5顆150公里速球，最快152公里。
