申請中華光纖 FTTH?FTTB?

申請中華光纖100m/20m的網路，然後收到中華寄來一張通知單
說暫時無法供裝，因缺設備，那張通知單是寫FTTB申裝，
可是申請時是講安裝FTTH，怎麼會變FTTB，我不知道到底是以哪種方式安裝
目前住的是大樓，有電信室，每層樓都有弱電箱，
規劃科的人來看過說從外面拉光纖進到電信室，在拉到弱電箱
