]保釣人士聚集萬里漁港遭攔截

保釣人士黃錫麟等人18日晚上6點半聚集在新北市萬里漁港，欲開漁船「永春號」出海，遭岸巡人員攔截。黃稱他們一行6人只是想出海釣魚，並非為保釣出海。岸巡人員表示，他們人尚未到齊，還未完成報關程序，目前雙方仍在交涉。

保釣人士指稱岸巡人員恐嚇禁止出海而報警，並說要告岸巡人員涉嫌妨害自由，警方已到場了解。
