【綜合報導】美國共和黨控制的眾議院就終結政府關門危機和修訂總統歐巴馬的健保法展開正式談判，昨凌晨又把夾帶延後實施健保改革法案的預算案送交參議院，要求兩院協商。但參院民主黨領袖瑞德（Harry Reid）表明「不會在槍口脅迫下」開會，昨晨又再次否決眾院預算案。
