監聽林秀濤 特偵組：於法有據

檢察總長黃世銘昨天下在立法院鬆口承認監聽檢察官林秀濤，特偵組隨即在同天深夜發布新聞稿，強調監聽於法有據。

特偵組表示，因偵辦高院法官貪污案，發現立委柯建銘疑似涉貪，依法向法院聲請核發通訊監察書，從今年五月六號開始監聽柯建銘，監聽期間意外發現柯建銘涉及司法關說。特偵組表示，為查明遭受關說、被施壓的林秀濤有沒有觸法，今年七月再向法院聲請監聽林秀濤。特偵組說，林秀濤算是柯建銘關說案的共同被告，為釐清案情才在八月三十一號以證人身分傳喚林秀濤，並解釋依據刑事訴送法規定，林秀濤算是柯建銘的共犯，所以沒有違法監聽證人的問題，而且監聽譯文已在九月十四號送去個案評鑑。
