馬：這不是關說 什麼才是關說

總統馬英九今天說，立法院長王金平致電表示，只是安慰民進黨團總召柯建銘，並請法務部長曾勇夫幫忙處理，這個作法談不上關說。

馬總統說，「我們每個人可以問自己，如果這不是關說，什麼才是關說」？

馬總統下午舉行記者會表示，他請王金平儘快回國說明，王金平打電話給他，除說明無法立刻回國的原因，也解釋沒有關說司法個案。
