雙胞胎誰犯案　DNA也難查性侵真兇

【綜合報導】英國有一對同卵雙胞胎涉嫌一宗性侵案，由於他們擁用相同樣貌和DNA，當局無法判定誰才是犯手，只能一同控告二人。

檢方沒有透露案件詳情，只表明事發於2011年11月，22歲居於伯克郡的孿生兄弟莫罕默德(Mohammed Asghar)和阿法柏(Aftab Asghar)，涉嫌性侵一名女子。由於英國皇家檢察總署（CPS），無法根據現場留有的DNA，判定犯案者是兩兄弟中哪一人，還是二人均涉案，只能一同起訴二人。

檢察官表示，這宗案件很奇特，還需要找出更多證據，案件將於12月開審。
