最近在南崁幫親戚看房，
１２坪套房含機械車位仲介喊到４３０萬去了。
也有人建議往林口去看，可以買大一點的。

只是，每天都會看到興富發老董的電視廣告，
電視台詞看到都會背了，
老董說…看到哪，漲到哪
今天蘋果還登了兩頁整版廣告，
但林口真的這麼好嗎？
