中藥漢方調配的茶飲可以販售嗎???

各位好~

本人的人生規劃中,希望兩年後可以開設飲料店(已積極在存資本)
但由於不想搞加盟,生財器具材料目前都不算是太大問題
可是,開設店舖之前,我聽從朋友的提議想從網路行銷開始
透過網路方式販售1200cc、600cc的瓶裝飲料

不過想了解一下,如果販售仙楂、薏仁、菊花、決明子、黃耆、陳皮、羅漢果、甜菊、甘草、青草茶....等由中藥煮出來的茶來賣~

請問可以透過網路行銷跟實際店面販售嗎??
有沒有什麼書籍或是管道可以知道有什麼飲料成分不能販售??反之,有什麼可以販售?還是都可以賣???

我想賣跟別人不一樣但比較養生一點的飲料,但很怕觸犯法律、食品法之類的~~煩請各位大大給予建議~~(謝絕行銷)多謝！
