松山文創園區案 議員控市府圖利富邦

富邦集團得標的「松山文創園區BOT」案，明天對外開幕。不過北市議員楊實秋質疑，北市府將精華的市有土地以「文創之名」賤租給富邦集團，且其經營項目根本與商場無異，今天赴監察院舉發市府官員涉嫌圖利以及瀆職。

北市府文化局說，此BOT案一切依照促參法的規定辦理。針對市議員質疑賤租的部分，該案權利金該案權利金經甄審委員會核定，得標廠商興建、營運50年後移轉給市府。
